• Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within India.
• Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer express delivery at an additional cost. Orders are shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders above ₹2,000.
• Flat Rate Delivery: For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.
• Express Delivery: Additional charges of ₹200 will apply for express delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
